• What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround time is 24-36 hours of the scheduled shoot. Same-day delivery may be available as an add-on for qualifying projects.

• How should a property be prepared before the shoot?

For best results, please have all lights and lamps on, ceiling fans turned off, blinds or curtains adjusted to let in natural light, and surfaces cleared of excess clutter. A clean, photo-ready space helps the shoot move more efficiently and allows the property to present at its best.

• Should the property be cleaned before the shoot?

Yes. A clean space makes a significant difference in photos. Floors, countertops, mirrors, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms should be cleaned before the appointment whenever possible.

• Can you remove items from photos?

Yes. Minor item removal and cleanup can absolutely be taken care of as part of professional editing, and I'm always happy to make those adjustments when needed. Still, the best final result always starts with a space that is as clean and photo-ready as possible before the shoot.

• Do you include floor plans?

Yes. A complimentary floor plan is included with every shoot.

• Do you offer drone photography?

Yes. Drone photography and drone videography are available as add-ons, and standalone drone shoots are also available. 

• What happens if the weather is bad?

Weather can be unpredictable, and I always strive to be as flexible as possible when conditions are less than ideal. If needed, I'm happy to reschedule when possible. If rescheduling isn't the best option, professional sky replacements are included as part of the standard editing process to help ensure the final images still feel clean, bright, and polished. 

• Do you offer twilight images?

Yes. Twilight images are available as an add-on and are often achieved through professional twilight editing using images captured during the original appointment. Dedicated twilight shoots can also be arranged when needed.
